Kärcher machines have been sold to customers in India for 20 years now. In 2011 Alfred  Kärcher GmbH & Co. KG from Germany acquired their distributor in India. Today, Karcher India, with its registered office in Delhi and Head Office in Noida, UP is a fully owned subsidiary. Kärcher India has 11 branches, 4 additional satellite offices and owns 19 service points throughout India with well-trained sales and service staff. Karcher India plans to increase its presence across the country by adding more branches in other cities. The staffs of the branches are well supported with infrastructures like demo machines, inventory of machine and spare parts at all locations. All centralized functions like product management, service support team, trainers and customer help-line are based at the Head Office in Noida.
